Manage and supervise network, technical, wiring, and field operations within the assigned zone.

Lead and coordinate Network Engineers, Field Technicians, Wiremen, and other field staff.

Monitor FTTH installation, recent connections, fault resolution, maintenance, and network uptime.

Conduct regular field visits and surprise inspections to check work quality and team performance.

Ensure customer complaints and network issues are resolved within the required TAT.

Monitor daily team attendance, work allocation, productivity, and performance.

Coordinate with the NOC, Technical, Sales, Recovery, and HR teams for smooth operations.

Monitor network expansion, fiber/wiring work, material usage, and prevent material losses.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to management.

Handle customer and field-level escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure all work is carried out as per company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
