About the Role: Exotica IT Solutions is looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates to join our business development team. The role involves connecting with potential international clients, generating leads, and scheduling sales meetings for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US and Canada.
- Introduce our services, including web development, app development, AI solutions, and automation.
- Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.





Requirements:

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in US business hours, if required.
