Job Summary

Saheli Jewellers is looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Senior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a valuable understanding of jewellery retail sales.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, pricing, and available collections.
- Handle sales of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and prospective buyers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom presentation.
- Assist with stock verification,



inventory management, and jewellery handling as per company policies.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Support festive promotions, new collection launches, and other sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
- Prior experience in jewellery showroom sales is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good product presentation and customer relationship management abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or POS software preferred.

Job Requirements

- Full-time, on-site position.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work weekends and during festive seasons as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
