Looking for Psychologist/ Counsellor at Careby Cadabams

1. Conduct psychological assessments to understand patients’ emotional, behavioral, and cognitive needs.

2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions as per the treatment plan.

3. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

4. Provide psychoeducation to patients and families to improve insight and treatment adherence.

5. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists in a multidisciplinary team.

6. Coordinate smooth admission, treatment, and discharge processes.

7. Act as a liaison between patients, families, staff, and the clinical team.

8. Oversee residential activities to ensure safety, discipline, and structured routines.

9. Supervise staff performance and ensure quality patient care in residential settings.

10. Coordinate staff placements, duty rosters, and timely replacements.

11. Address staff-related concerns and manage escalations effectively.

12. Ensure continuity of care, adherence to protocols, and overall patient well-being.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
