Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical finance qualified to join our finance team.

The role involves managing end-to-end project financing activities, including

fund raising (both rupee and foreign currency loans), financial closures,

disbursement coordination, and fund management. The ideal candidate will

contribute to the financial success of our renewable energy projects by

ensuring sound financial planning, efficient execution, and effective

stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Funds Management & Raising: Lead fund-raising initiatives including rupee and foreign currency loans, equity, and other financing instruments.
- Pre-Financial Closure & Banking: Manage debt/equity raising, financial closures, and liaise with banks and financial institutions. Handle disbursement requests, prepare and update Project Information Memorandum (PIM), and forecast interest obligations.
- Financial Closure & Disbursements: Drive all activities related to funding tie-ups and financial closure up to the disbursement stage.
- Post-Financial Closure Management: Review loan agreements,



monitor investments/divestments, prepare and analyze cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, payback periods, DSCRs, and other key project financial metrics.

Project & Working Capital Financing: Manage project and working capital financing requirements, ensuring sound financial controls and compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3-5 years of experience in Project Finance, ideally within the Renewable Energy sector.

Proven experience in fund raising, financial closure, and banking relations.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Qualification& Certifications:

- MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) orCFA
