Overseeing daily Home operations both Floors, ensure rules are followed, also ensuring the physical and mental well-being of inmates both Children and the Caregivers.

Maintaining hygiene, room inventories, and managing furniture/fittings.

Tracking daily attendance, issue gate passes, and maintaining Inmates entry/exit registers.

Maintain personal files, health records, and emergency contact details for each inmate.

Being available daily at designated times to address queries from Government officials/ Visitors.

Ensuring the inmates adhere to the Home Policies and Code of conduct (e.g., in-times, quiet hours, and Visitors policies).

Acting as a mentor, counselor, and guide to resolve conflicts or personal issues among inmates.

Taking strict preventative measures against insubordination and reporting serious acts of indiscipline to higher authorities.

Closely monitoring the activities of inmates on weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month, Food and Accommodation provided.
