We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Manager with 5+ years of experience .The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the service industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, handling clients, driving conversions, supporting the sales team, and ensuring successful clients services.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales.

Generate and convert leads into successful sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs.

Conduct and coordinate properly to studio visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/sheets

Coordinate with team CRM, and documentation teams for smooth closure.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and offerings.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to booking an appointment

Strong knowledge of service industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, convincing, and closing abilities.

Good understanding of the Pune market.
