Assistant Manager – Sales (Automotive)

Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electronics
Salary: ₹7–9 LPA depending on experience and suitability.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated sales professional to manage automotive customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Candidates with automotive industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing automotive customer accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop current customers and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit quotations against RFQs and negotiate commercial terms while maintaining target profit margins.
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, annual budgets, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits to review business requirements and strengthen relationships.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation.




- Monitor customer feedback and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Knowledge of RFQ handling, quotation preparation, and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer expectations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and work additional hours when business requirements arise.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Automotive industry experience will be an advantage.
- Educational background in electronics.
- Comfortable with customer visits and business travel.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
