We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented MBA Intern to join our Process Excellence team and support process implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective implementation of deployed processes
- Track process adherence and report deviations
- Manage process data, dashboards, and reports
- Conduct process health checks and performance tracking
- Support new process development and improvements
- Assist in identification of new process requirements
- Support creation of current processes
- Assist in process documentation and standardization
- Support process orientation and awareness sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and gather feedback
- Drive process awareness and team engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and accountability
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good data handling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Interest in operations, process improvement & analytics
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility
- MBA (Operations / HR / General Management) or relevant postgraduate degree - Intern
- Strong academic background with interest in process management and operations
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
