Position Overview

Kumar Dental Clinic is seeking an organized, empathetic, and qualified Patient Care Manager to manage our reception and patient services in Mandya. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their clinical experience, managing appointments, patient onboarding, billing inquiries, and administrative workflow to ensure high-quality care and efficient daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Patient Experience & Reception

- Welcome patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a clean, professional, and comforting reception area.
- Check in arriving patients, verify personal/medical information, and assist first-time visitors with registration forms.
- Address patient inquiries in person, over the phone, with patience and clarity.
- Manage patient queue times and keep patients updated regarding any clinical delays.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Patient Flow

- Oversee the clinic’s master appointment book using dental management software or scheduling tools.
- Send automated or manual appointment reminders (SMS/Calls/WhatsApp)



24 hours in advance to reduce no-shows.
- Handle follow-up bookings, routine check-up reminders, and post-treatment recall appointments.

3. Billing, Collections & Administration

- Process daily patient payments (Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, EMI schemes) and issue official receipts.
- Maintain accuracy in daily cash drawers and reconcile end-of-day billing logs with bank/digital deposits.

4. Patient Records & Communication

- Create and update electronic patient health records (EHR) accurately, maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate treatment plan documentation and follow-up schedules between patients and clinical staff.
- Handle patient feedback, address minor operational complaints promptly, or escalate complex issues to the Clinic Manager.
- Maintain the phone calls log book and prepare EOD report and handover to the clinic manager.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
