Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic Sales Engineer to drive frontline sales across the North and North-East regions. This role is ideal for a Civil Engineering graduate or diploma holder eager to transition into technical sales. Complete training on sales strategies, products, and client engagement will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct direct frontline sales and business development activities across assigned North and North-East territories.
- Connect with contractors, consultants, builders, and infrastructure developers to pitch engineering reinforcement solutions.
- Understand client technical requirements, assist in product selection, and deliver clear product demonstrations.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines: lead generation, technical presentations, quotation submissions, negotiation, and closing.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as per project and business demands.
