Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the API or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the API and pharmaceutical industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, distributors, and potential clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry databases, and other business development activities.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and business proposals.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely client support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
- Maintain client databases, sales reports, and regular business development updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the API or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and API industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close business opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, networking, and client management skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven setting.

Salary & Location

- CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Work Mode: Work From Office

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
