Job Title: Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-driven Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain products, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Handling:

- Greet and welcome all walk-in customers at the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, and pricing.

- Conduct test drives and follow the complete sales process.

- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

2. Lead Management:

- Follow up on leads from telephone, website, social media, and references.

- Update all enquiries in DMS / CRM regularly.

- Do regular follow-ups till closure.

3. Documentation & Process:

- Explain finance, insurance, exchange, and accessories offers to customers.

- Coordinate with documentation team for loan processing and delivery.

- Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of vehicles.

4. Showroom Management:

- Maintain vehicle display, cleanliness, and brochure availability.





- Maintain customer lounge and sales area.

5. Reporting:

- Daily reporting to Sales Manager / Team Leader.

- Participate in morning meetings and product training.

Requirements & Skills:

- Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree (Graduation preferred)

- Experience: 1-3 years experience in Automobile Sales preferred. Freshers with good communication can also apply.

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English & Hindi.

- Good personality, well-groomed, and customer-friendly attitude.

- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.

- Must have Two-wheeler Driving License, Four-wheeler preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
