PSD Property Developers Private Limited is a property development company involved in residential and real estate development projects. We are looking for skilled and committed professionals to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

· Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and material usage.

· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site supervisors.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.





· Maintain daily site reports and progress records.

· Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the project team.

Requirements

· B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Minimum 2 years of construction-site experience, especially in multi-storied buildings.

· Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, and building materials.

· Ability to coordinate labour and contractors and monitor work progress.

· Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
