Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dentist Cum Cosmetologist to provide comprehensive dental care and non-surgical aesthetic treatments while ensuring excellent patient satisfaction, clinical safety, and treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dental Services

- Perform dental consultations, oral examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Provide scaling, polishing, fillings, teeth whitening, and other general dental procedures.
- Perform extractions and minor dental procedures within professional competency.
- Coordinate specialised dental treatments and referrals when required.

2. Cosmetology & Aesthetic Treatments

- Conduct skin and aesthetic consultations, patient assessments, and treatment planning.
- Perform eligible non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including chemical peels, facials, and approved skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Operate aesthetic devices and assist with laser, RF, HIFU, and other treatments as authorised and appropriately trained.
- Assist dermatologists and plastic surgeons with advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care and patient counselling.

3. Patient Management

- Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, precautions, and costs.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, consent documentation, and follow-up plans.
- Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and satisfaction.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with other medical departments.

4. Clinical Operations

- Maintain dental and aesthetic equipment, instruments,



and treatment room readiness.
- Monitor dental and cosmetology consumables and inventory requirements.
- Follow sterilisation, infection control, and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing, front office, and clinical administration teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: BDS / MDS with valid State Dental Council registration.
- Additional certified training in clinical cosmetology or aesthetic procedures preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in dental practice, preferably with aesthetic clinic experience.
- Good communication, clinical skills, patient counselling, and professional presentation.
- Experience with dental procedures and aesthetic technologies is an advantage.

Important Clinical Requirement

All aesthetic treatments must be performed within the candidate's legally permitted professional scope, documented training, competence, and applicable clinical authorisations. Procedures requiring a registered medical practitioner or specialist must be undertaken by the appropriately qualified professional.

Objective: Deliver high-quality dental and aesthetic services while supporting the growth and smooth clinical functioning of BM Health Group.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
