About the Role

YESTE is looking for a creative and marketing-oriented Digital Marketing Intern with an interest in graphic designing, content creation and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should be able to combine creativity with marketing objectives and support the promotion of YESTE's Study Abroad, Migration, Recruitment and corporate brand initiatives across digital platforms.

Freshers with strong graphic designing / Digital Marketing and creative skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Designing & Creative Content

- Design social media posts, promotional creatives, posters, banners and campaign materials.
- Create visually appealing creatives for Study Abroad, Migration and Recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand colours, fonts, layouts and overall visual identity.
- Develop creatives for events, announcements, offers, achievements and employee/corporate communications.
- Assist in creating short-form videos, reels and other visual content.

2. Digital Marketing

- Support day-to-day social media marketing activities.
- Create, schedule and publish content across relevant digital platforms.
- Assist in developing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads and campaign performance.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Assist with Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital campaigns, depending on experience.

3. Content & Social Media

- Develop creative captions, campaign ideas and promotional content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for marketing campaigns.
- Identify relevant trends, topics and content opportunities.
- Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure timely execution.

4.



Marketing Support & Reporting

- Support marketing campaigns for:
- Study Abroad
- Migration
- HR Recruitment
- Corporate Branding
- Maintain basic records of campaigns, leads and marketing activities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and insights.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team and Reporting Manager to execute assigned campaigns.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Canva is essential.
- Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand marketing objectives and convert them into creative content.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new digital marketing tools and trends.

Additional Skills – Preferred for Executive Level

- Experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Previous experience in an education, migration, recruitment or service-based organisation will be an advantage.

EligibilityDigital Marketing Executive

- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with a combination of graphic design + digital marketing experience are encouraged to apply.
- Should be capable of independently handling routine creative and digital marketing activities.

Digital Marketing Intern

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.
- Students/recent graduates with strong graphic designing, editing or marketing skills may apply.
- A portfolio of designs, social media creatives, reels or other work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
