Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized women candidates with at least 2 years of experience (preferably in automobile sector)o manage front-desk operations, handle customer inquiries, attend phone calls, and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and visitors professionally.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Manage appointments, customer visits, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer records, registers, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic computer work.
- Maintain front-desk cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with billing, invoice preparation, and data entry when required.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English; local language skills are an advantage.
- Skilled appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Candidate

A responsible, customer-focused candidate who can manage front-office operations independently and maintain professional communication with customers and staff.
