We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Semi-Voice Process. Candidates must be fluent in English and Hindi, along with either Kannada or Telugu.

Language Requirements

- English + Hindi + Kannada

OR

- English + Hindi + Telugu

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation mandatory (any stream).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous social media customer support experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and calls.




- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Work in rotational shifts, if required.

Interview Details

- Walk-in interview only.
- Work from office at Electronic City, Bangalore.
- Candidates must meet the language and experience requirements.
