My Best Venue is a hospitality and event-planning platform specializing in wedding venues, banquet halls, resorts, hotels, destination weddings, and event planning services. We help customers find the right venues for their special occasions while building strong business partnerships with hotels, banquet halls, and resorts.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from customers looking for wedding venues, banquet halls, hotels, and resorts.
- Call prospective clients, understand their requirements, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, banquet halls, resorts, and other venue partners.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Explain venue options, packages, pricing, and available services to clients.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and venue partners.
- Coordinate with the operations and event-planning teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; candidates with a hospitality, tourism, or sales background will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and computer operations.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sales targets and follow up with clients professionally.
- Interest in the hospitality, wedding, and event-management industry.
