Senior Business Analyst – FinTech & Payments

Location: Pune
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking, or BFSI? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to building scalable, enterprise-grade FinTech solutions.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Core FinTech, Digital Payments & Banking
- Payment Gateway, UPI, Collections & Payouts
- Merchant Onboarding, KYC/KYB & Compliance
- Reconciliation, Settlement, Refunds & Chargebacks
- BRD, FRD, PRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- REST APIs, Microservices, Webhooks & SQL
- Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence & UAT

Eligibility:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid hands-on experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or BFSI.
- B.E./B.Tech in a relevant technical discipline is mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or FinTech is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
