About the Role:

You are the first hello and the helping hand. We are seeking a dynamic, polished Bell Boy who can greet guests with warmth, handle luggage with care, and move quickly through the lobby with a smile.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage to/from rooms.
- Explain hotel amenities and room features upon arrival.
- Run errands for guests (ice, messages, packages).
- Coordinate with front desk for room changes and VIP arrivals.
- Keep lobby and entrance areas tidy and presentable.

What We Require:

- 1+ year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
- Excellent grooming and a friendly, professional demeanor.




- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication skills and local area knowledge.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
