Hiring: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Compile and analyze revenue figures and report the period-on-period growth rate
- Forecast revenue, expenses and profitability and assess forecast accuracy.
- Prepare budget inputs and forecasts and use spend and performance information to support budget decisions.
- Monitor applicable audit, VAT, corporate tax, GST, income tax, MCA, PF, ESI and PT requirements.
- Track the process from purchase order verification through estimate and job order creation and resolve handover gaps.
- Follow up with Sales, clients and other departments for documents needed to complete order and billing work.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding receivables and maintain a clear record of collection progress.
- Protect confidential financial and accounts information and restrict its use to authorized work.
- Review voucher completeness and supporting documents for audit readiness.
- Review processing times for payables, petty cash, payroll items and reimbursements.




- Review the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of monthly management reports.
- Review transaction verification, supporting evidence and approval controls within delegated authority.
- Review purchasing, negotiations and vendor payment handling within assigned authority.
- Review processing times for payables, petty cash, payroll items and reimbursements.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

- MBA Finance/Accounting/CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA preferred, CA Inter and Post Graduation in Finance/Accounting/Economics required. Relevant certification preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 yrs prior experience is required.
- Financial analysis of revenue, profitability, working capital and key financial ratios.
- Receivables monitoring, client payment follow-up and coordination with other departments.
- Strong Excel skills, sound judgement, confidentiality, team supervision and professional communication.
