Electrical Site Engineer – Billing

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer with experience in electrical site execution and billing activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, coordinating with contractors and site teams, verifying measurements, and preparing client and subcontractor bills to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day electrical installation and site execution activities.
- Ensure electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and verify electrical BOQs, quantity take-offs, running account (RA) bills, and final bills.
- Handle client billing and subcontractor billing, including measurement verification.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of electrical activities.
- Verify material requirements,



usage, and installation quality at site.
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, billing statements, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and project quality requirements.

Requirements

- ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical site execution and billing.
- Knowledge of electrical installation works, quantity estimation, BOQs, and billing procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
