Department: Admissions – Telecalling

Location: Harsha Institutions, Nelamangala, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Summary

Harsha Institutions is seeking enthusiastic and communication-oriented candidates for its Admissions Telecalling Team. The role involves contacting prospective students and parents, generating interest in academic programmes, managing admission enquiries, and scheduling counselling appointments. Candidates applying for a Team Lead position will also be responsible for coordinating telecalling activities and monitoring team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the leads provided by the institution.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Generate student interest and schedule campus visits or counselling appointments.
- Follow up with prospective students to improve enquiry conversion and admission outcomes.
- Update call records, enquiry status, follow-up schedules, and student details in the CRM software.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive experience for students and parents.
- Coordinate with Admission Counsellors for follow-up, counselling appointments, and admission closures.
- Meet assigned daily calling targets and monthly enquiry-conversion targets.




- For Team Lead candidates: monitor calling performance, allocate leads, guide telecallers, review reports, and support the team in achieving targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or calling systems.
- Positive listening skills, confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups and work towards defined targets.
- Previous experience in educational telecalling, customer service, or admissions will be preferred.
- Candidates applying for Team Lead positions should ideally have relevant experience in team coordination or telecalling operations.
