Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Curriculum In-Charge to lead curriculum planning, implementation, and academic excellence across the pre-primary section. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring age-appropriate, engaging, and activity-based learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop, plan, and implement an effective pre-primary curriculum aligned with the school's academic objectives and early childhood education standards.
- Design monthly, weekly, and daily lesson plans, ensuring age-appropriate and activity-based learning.
- Guide and mentor pre-primary teachers in curriculum delivery, teaching methodologies, and classroom management.
- Monitor classroom teaching practices and ensure effective implementation of lesson plans.




- Develop teaching-learning materials, worksheets, activities, and assessment tools.
- Ensure the integration of play-based learning, storytelling, phonics, numeracy, art, music, and experiential activities.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Track children's developmental progress and ensure appropriate assessment and reporting.
- Organize teacher training sessions, workshops, and curriculum orientation programs.
- Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, and parents to maintain high academic standards.
- Ensure the effective use of teaching resources and learning aids.
- Stay updated on the latest early childhood education practices and curriculum frameworks.
- Maintain academic documentation, curriculum records, and assessment reports.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
