Job Title: Production In-Charge

Experience: 5–10 Years
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / CNC Machine Shop
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Supervise CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL and conventional machining operations.
- Allocate manpower, machines and materials according to production priorities.
- Monitor production targets, machine utilization, cycle time and productivity.
- Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, rework and material wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Stores departments.
- Monitor tooling, fixtures, raw materials and machine downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and track production performance.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and workplace safety practices.
- Lead operators and setters to ensure timely delivery of components.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
