Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and achieving their academic and career goals. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing course information, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students regarding international licensing examinations and overseas career opportunities.
- Promote courses such as OPRA, PEBC, PSI, ADC, IELTS, PTE, OET, and other available programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM or admission database.
- Assist students throughout the registration and admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.




- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth student communication.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English. Malayalam proficiency is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in student counselling, educational sales, or admissions is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
