Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end

recruitment life cycle. You will partner with hiring managers to understand team

needs, proactively source top talent, conduct thorough candidate screenings, and

guide candidates seamlessly from initial outreach through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development

Proactively search for and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn

Recruiter, job portals (Indeed, Naukri, WorkIndia, etc.), social media, and

professional networks.

Build a reliable pipeline of talent for current vacancies and anticipated future hiring

needs.

Manage employee referral programs and campus drive initiatives.

2. Screening & Selection

Review incoming resumes, cover letters,



and applications against job specifications.

Conduct initial phone and video screening interviews to assess candidates' technical

fit, communication skills, compensation alignment, and cultural suitability.

Shortlist qualified candidates and present candidate profiles to hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination & Process Management

Schedule and coordinate interview panels between candidates and internal hiring

teams across various rounds.

Gather structured interview feedback from managers and ensure timely candidate

updates.

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and status updates within the Applicant

Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment dashboard.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 per month
