We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in early childhood education, the ability to engage young learners, and the skills to create a positive, safe, and interactive classroom environment.

The candidate should be patient, creative, and capable of supporting children's cognitive, social, emotional, and language development through Montessori-based and activity-oriented teaching methods.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for young children.
- Implement Montessori teaching methods and hands-on learning activities.
- Develop children's language, communication, motor, social, and cognitive skills.
- Use storytelling, rhymes, songs, games, and creative activities to make learning enjoyable.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials.
- Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Encourage children's independence, creativity, confidence, and curiosity.
- Observe and assess children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and other classroom records.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being throughout the school day.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities as required.

Educational Qualifications





- 12th/ Degree with a Diploma or Certificate in Montessori Teacher Training, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
- Candidates with a recognised Montessori Teacher Training qualification are preferred.
- Additional qualifications such as TTC or D.El.Ed are an advantage, particularly for candidates handling primary classes.
- Candidates must meet the applicable qualification requirements for the classes they are assigned to teach.

Required minimum 1 year experienced Montessori Teachers (K G Section) with valuable english communication skill. Qualification Degree, DMTTC/PPTTC/
