Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's services and offerings.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription plans or services.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Handle customer queries, follow up with potential customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.





Ensure skilled communication and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support.

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and manage sales conversations effectively.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.

Candidates with telesales experience will be preferred; customer support candidates may also be considered.
