Job Overview

Lere Academy is urgently hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our team. We are looking for a trainer with proven teaching experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to help students improve their spoken English, fluency, pronunciation, and overall communication confidence.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of handling classroom sessions effectively, and committed to helping students achieve their language-learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline Spoken English training sessions for students and working professionals.
- Improve students’ speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
- Develop structured lesson plans, interactive activities, and practical speaking exercises.
- Conduct group discussions, role-plays, presentations, and mock conversations to enhance communication skills.
- Help students overcome hesitation and build confidence in speaking English.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor attendance,



learning progress, and training outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Language Trainer is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Ability to teach learners with different levels of English proficiency.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A patient, motivating, and student-focused approach to teaching.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
