We are looking for a skilled and experienced Two-Wheeler Technician to join our automotive garage in Kochi, Kerala.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and scooters, including engine systems, electrical components, fuel injection systems, and modern two-wheeler technologies.

We are seeking a technically competent professional who can independently diagnose vehicle problems, perform repairs efficiently, and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of motorcycles and scooters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine-related problems.
- Carry out engine repairs, overhauling, clutch repairs, gearbox repairs, and transmission maintenance.
- Inspect and repair braking systems, suspension, steering, and other mechanical components.
- Diagnose electrical issues involving batteries, charging systems, ignition systems, wiring, and sensors.
- Work with modern fuel injection (FI) systems and electronic diagnostic tools.
- Identify vehicle faults accurately and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Ensure all servicing and repair work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain proper handling and care of workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments.
- Complete assigned repair and servicing tasks within the expected time.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

- ITI in Motor Vehicle Mechanic / Automobile Trade.
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant technical qualifications in two-wheeler maintenance and servicing.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Two-Wheeler Technician or Mechanic.
- Previous experience in authorized service centers, dealerships,



or reputed multi-brand garages is preferred.
- Strong experience in servicing and repairing both motorcycles and scooters.
- Ability to independently identify faults and perform repairs without continuous supervision.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have practical expertise in:

- Two-wheeler engine diagnosis, repair, and overhauling.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Electrical and electronic fault diagnosis.
- Fuel injection systems and up-to-date engine technologies.
- Clutch, gearbox, and transmission systems.
- Suspension, braking, and steering systems.
- Use of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Periodic servicing and preventive maintenance.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
