Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate to support internal audit activities, evaluate business processes, verify financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The candidate will assist in identifying discrepancies, assessing internal controls, and recommending improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and business activities.
- Review payroll records, salary calculations, attendance, and employee-related expenses.
- Verify expense claims, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Check compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and weaknesses in internal controls.
- Verify financial transactions and supporting documentation for accuracy.




- Prepare audit working papers, reports, and observations.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect audit-related information.
- Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of internal audit procedures and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and expense review is preferred.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
