Hype Digitals & Promotions is looking for a confident, target-driven, and results-oriented Australian Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, outbound cold calling, lead generation, and business development, with a strong ability to communicate with Australian clients and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential Australian clients and businesses to generate new sales opportunities.

- Identify, approach, and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email follow-ups, and other outreach methods.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.

- Promote company services and explain their value to prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Australian clients and decision-makers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.

- Follow up consistently with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.

- Handle customer objections professionally and use effective negotiation and closing techniques.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead generation, appointment, and conversion targets.

- Prepare daily call reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.

- Work closely with marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

- Follow Australian business hours and maintain professional communication standards when dealing with clients.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in cold calling, telesales,



international sales, lead generation, or business development.

- Previous experience working with Australian customers or businesses is highly preferred.

- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, confident, and qualified speaking style.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners, decision-makers, and potential customers.

- Good understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, and follow-up strategies.

- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently.

- Strong time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable working with KPIs, sales targets, and performance-based goals.

- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Australian B2B sales, outbound telemarketing, or international business development.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting prospects into customers.

- Knowledge of Australian business culture and professional communication practices.

- Experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.

- Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems.
