padho.ai is looking for a hands-on GTM & Growth Intern to help us discover and execute repeatable ways to acquire paying users.

You will:

- Build and run student and teacher ambassador programs.
- Recruit, onboard and manage ambassadors.
- Track the signups, active users and paid customers generated by ambassadors.
- Contact new users through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Help users get started, collect feedback and follow up toward conversion.
- Test different acquisition channels, messages and offers.
- Build partnerships with tutors, teachers, coaching centres and student communities.
- Identify and contact relevant micro influencers and UGC creators.
- Track experiments and recommend what we should test next.





Should have some hands-on experience in customer outreach, sales, partnerships, community building, ambassador programs or growth experiments.

Should be comfortable speaking with students, parents and educators, taking initiative and working independently.

Hindi or another Indian language is a plus.

Location: Hybrid, expected to work 2-3 days a week from Sarjapur Bangalore.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
