Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and after-sales service of company products and equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling customer queries and providing on-site technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, test, and maintain electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults and perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Handle service calls, customer complaints, and equipment breakdowns efficiently.
- Inspect, repair, and replace faulty components, wiring, motors, sensors, and circuit boards as required.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service tools,



spare parts inventory, and equipment records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service procedures.
- Train customers or end users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Travel to customer sites whenever required.

Required Skills

- Solid troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, wiring, motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with installation, testing, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
- Proficiency in preparing service reports and maintaining technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in service engineering, maintenance, or technical support.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for field-based roles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
