Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Content Management, Cloud Content Management, Digital Asset Management (DAM), or a similar role, preferably in the film, music, or entertainment industry.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or other cloud storage and collaboration platforms.

Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation, lookup functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and reporting.

Ability to upload, organize, categorize, rename, maintain, retrieve, and archive large volumes of digital files using a systematic folder structure and naming conventions.

Good knowledge of file formats used in the film and music industry, including.
Audio: WAV, MP3, AAC, FLAC, AIFF, M4A and other commonly used audio formats.
Video: MP4, MOV, MXF, AVI, MKV and other commonly used video formats.
Images: JPEG/JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, WebP and other commonly used image formats.

Understanding of resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, bitrate, sample rate, bit depth, codecs, file size, and other relevant media specifications.

Ability to clean, edit, consolidate, format, verify,



and maintain raw data in a structured and professional format. Experience preparing reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports is preferred.

Ability to identify duplicate files, missing assets, incorrect metadata, naming inconsistencies, incomplete records, and other data-related errors.

Maintain accurate records of songs, films, music videos, promotional materials, masters, artwork, metadata, delivery status, and other digital assets.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and improve content management processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, distributors, and other stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
