The Spirited Spot (TSS) is a high-energy bar and dining destination built around global food, craft cocktails, live music and warm hospitality.

After establishing TSS in Nagpur, we have now opened our Pune outlet in Baner.

For many guests, their experience with TSS begins even before they enter the restaurant — with a phone call, WhatsApp message or reservation enquiry.

We want that first interaction to feel warm, professional and helpful.

ROLE

We are looking for a smart and well-spoken Reservation Executive to manage guest reservations, calls and enquiries for TSS Pune.

The person should have excellent English communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner and the confidence to communicate with different types of guests.

This role requires someone who is organised, quick and genuinely good at talking to people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attend incoming reservation calls professionally.
- Respond to guest enquiries over phone and WhatsApp.
- Manage daily table reservations accurately.
- Confirm reservations with guests and maintain proper records.
- Understand table availability, seating areas and reservation timings.
- Coordinate closely with the Guest Relationship Manager and Restaurant Manager.
- Communicate waiting times and availability clearly.
- Handle reservation changes and cancellations.
- Follow up on large group and special-event enquiries.




- Record significant guest requirements and special requests.
- Coordinate birthday, anniversary and celebration reservations.
- Maintain a database of regular guests and their preferences.
- Inform guests about live music, Sunday brunch, Happy Hours and special events.
- Explain basic information about TSS food and beverage offerings.
- Handle guest questions regarding timings, location, seating and policies.
- Maintain professional communication even when the restaurant is fully booked.
- Assist the reception and guest-relations team during busy hours when required.

COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT

Excellent spoken English is compulsory for this position.

The candidate should be able to speak clearly, confidently and politely on the phone.

Communication should sound natural and warm — not robotic or scripted.

The candidate should also be comfortable communicating in Hindi. Marathi will be an advantage.

Written English should be good enough to handle professional WhatsApp communication with guests.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate should have:

- Previous experience in restaurant reservations, guest relations, front office,



customer service or hospitalitypreferred.
- Excellent spoken English is compulsory.
- Good written English and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
- Smart personality with professional grooming.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remember and communicate information accurately.
- Comfortable using reservation software, POS or basic computer systems.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and enquiries during busy periods.
- Calm and polite approach while handling difficult guests.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Hospitality experience will be strongly preferred.

WHAT WE EXPECT

A Reservation Executive should never make a guest feel that they are simply another booking number.

Even when we cannot provide the table or timing they originally requested, the conversation should still feel helpful.

Instead of simply saying “We are full,” we expect you to look for another timing, seating option or possible solution.
