Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with excellent communication and coordination skills to support sales operations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, pending orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain sales reports, databases, and customer records.
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and other departments for timely order processing.




- Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Robust organisational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.

Salary

30,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
