- Maintain daily stock records of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, spare parts, and other store items.
- Record all purchase, receipt, issue, and stock transfer transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), material requisitions, and issue slips.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable, particularly for perishable and date-sensitive materials.




- Coordinate with quality and production teams regarding material receipt, storage conditions, and expiry dates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using Excel.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with applicable food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hapur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Slaughter house. Meat Processing, Frozen Foods Processing: 1 year (Required)
