# Job Description: E-commerce Operations & Account Executive **Location:** Bengaluru, India (In office / Hybrid) **Experience:** 2 – 5 years **Department:** E-commerce Operations & Supply Chain ## About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **E-commerce & Unicommerce Account Executive** to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our e-commerce operations across leading marketplaces and our central inventory management platform.

You will manage everything from cataloging and listing to order fulfillment, returns reconciliation, and operational metrics.

## Key Responsibilities ###

1. Marketplace & Platform Management * Manage daily store operations across major marketplaces: **Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, and Nykaa Fashion**. * Maintain absolute inventory and catalog sync between all front-end channels and **Unicommerce**. ###

2. End-to-End Cataloging & Listing * Oversee the end-to-end cataloging process, including product listings, variations, images, and content uploading across all panels. * Ensure 100% accuracy in pricing, discount mapping, specifications, and inventory updates. * Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, and account health issues proactively on vendor central dashboards. ###

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment * Monitor, download, and process daily incoming marketplace orders via **Unicommerce**.



* Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely picking, packing, manifest generation, and SLA-compliant handovers to logistics partners. ###

4. Returns & Inventory Management * End-to-end management of customer returns (RTO and Customer Returns) across all platforms. * Reconcile physical inventory returns against marketplace debit notes and system entries in Unicommerce. * Raise disputes for damaged/wrong items returned by marketplaces within specified window timelines to minimize revenue leakage. ###

5. Reporting & Analytics * Maintain regular MIS reports on daily sales, pending orders, cancellations, return percentages, and channel performance. ---

## Required Skills & Qualifications * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of core hands-on operational experience handling **Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion**, and **Unicommerce**. * **Technical Skills:** Strong mastery over **Unicommerce** (OM, WMS, and Channel integrations) and advanced **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation). * **Process-Driven:** Thorough understanding of marketplace SLAs, dispatch cuts-off times, and compliance metrics. * **Problem Solver:** Sharp analytical skills to track inventory mismatches and dispute wrongful returns effectively. ---
