Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging design and printing production for a packaging manufacturing company serving pharmaceutical, cosmetics and personal care brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and experience creating accurate artwork for printed product packaging, such as folding cartons, mono cartons, printed boxes and similar packaging materials.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who understands packaging layouts, printing requirements and production-ready artwork. The focus is on packaging design and print production rather than social media creatives or corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, edit and finalise packaging artwork using CorelDRAW.
- Design and modify artwork for folding cartons, mono cartons, printed product boxes and other paperboard packaging.
- Work with existing packaging layouts, dielines / keylines and technical specifications provided by clients or the production team.
- Ensure correct dimensions, bleed, cut lines, crease lines, fold areas and glue flaps wherever applicable.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with appropriate colour settings, fonts, image resolution and other printing specifications.
- Check text, spelling, logo placement, barcodes, colours and alignment carefully before sending files for production.
- Work with CMYK, Pantone / spot colours and colour separation as required.
- Make artwork corrections and adapt designs for different product sizes, variants and SKUs.




- Coordinate with the pre-press, printing and production teams to resolve artwork-related issues.
- Maintain organised artwork files, revisions and final approved designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on knowledge of CorelDRAW is mandatory.
- Experience in graphic design for packaging, printing or pre-press operations.
- Practical understanding of packaging artwork and print production processes.
- Knowledge of dielines, cut and crease lines, bleed, colour modes and print-ready file preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical specifications.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into production-ready artwork.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

- Pharmaceutical packaging
- Cosmetic and personal care packaging
- Folding carton and mono carton manufacturing
- Commercial printing and offset printing
- Packaging pre-press and print production

Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
