We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bituminous road construction. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, measurement, and timely completion of road construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute bitumen road construction activities at the project site.

- Manage GSB, WMM, prime coat, tack coat, DBM, and Bituminous Concrete (BC) works.

- Monitor bitumen laying, paver operations, rolling, compaction, layer thickness, and finished road levels.

- Ensure construction quality as per approved specifications and applicable standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, and machinery operators.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, measurement books (MB), and material consumption records.

- Prepare quantity calculations, measurements, and contractor bills.

- Coordinate field and laboratory tests and maintain quality control records.

- Ensure adherence to project schedules and site safety requirements.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in road construction, preferably bituminous roads.

- Practical knowledge of GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, bitumen laying, and compaction procedures.

- Ability to read drawings, calculate quantities, and maintain site documentation.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

- Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹30,000 and Above, based on experience and skills.
