Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Work Mode: Work from Home

Language Requirements: Hindi, English and Malayalam

Salary: Rs 10000 + incentives

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday , 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

* Identify and generate current business leads through calls and online platforms.

* Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

* Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up reports.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.





* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

* Ability to communicate with customers confidently over the phone.

* Good negotiation, follow-up, and convincing skills.

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.

* Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred.

Eligibility

* Candidates who can communicate fluently in Hindi and English.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
