We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and engage potential property buyers through compelling online content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, reels, posts, stories, and promotional creatives for real estate projects.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and potential customer enquiries.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Research current trends, trending audio, hashtags, and innovative content ideas relevant to real estate.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote property projects, generate leads, and support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and maintain the brand's online reputation.




- Work with design and video-editing tools such as Canva and CapCut to produce high-quality content.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media trends.
- Creativity in content creation, storytelling, and visual presentation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, and social media analytics.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and bring fresh ideas.

Eligibility

- Graduates or candidates with relevant skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Freshers with creativity and a strong interest in social media marketing are welcome.
- Candidates with a portfolio of social media posts, reels, or previous marketing work will be preferred.
