Key Responsibilities

1. Inspection and Testing

- Dimensional Checks: Measure finished parts using precision tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, or coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Visual Examination: Check for surface flaws, dents, scratches, cracks, misalignments, or color/finish inconsistencies.
- Functional & Performance Testing: Run operational or stress tests to confirm the product performs as intended.
- Sampling Plans: Apply statistical standards (such as ISO 2859-1 / AQL) to inspect representative batches of bulk orders.

2. Verification of Packaging and Labelling

- Check carton counts, pallet configurations, and container loading security.
- Verify barcode accuracy, serial numbers, warning labels, and customer-specific branding or documentation.

3. Non-Conformance Management and Escalation

- Quarantine: Isolate defective items or hold entire lots that fail to meet specifications.
- Reporting:



Issue formal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and log defect classifications.
- Disposition Decisions: Recommend whether to scrap, rework, sort, or accept with deviation in coordination with engineering and quality management.
- Root-Cause Support: Assist production and quality assurance teams with tools like Pareto analysis or Fishbone diagrams to prevent recurring errors.

4. Documentation and Audit Readiness

- Compile First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and final release certificates.
- Maintain calibration logs for all measuring and testing equipment.
- Provide objective evidence for internal or external customer audits

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
