Job Summary

Airmaniax is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads and drive sales from schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutes. The role involves reaching out to institutions, promoting Airmaniax for student outings and group activities, building relationships, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Connect with principals, teachers, administrators, and college event coordinators.
- Promote Airmaniax packages for school trips, college outings, student groups, and events.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with institutions to generate repeat business.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular lead and sales reports.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Robust communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
