Olive FoodWorks is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our food, catering, QSR and meal-service businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ accounting software, bank reconciliation and day-to-day bookkeeping and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
- Manage GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconcile sales from online platforms and payment gateways
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
- Verify purchase invoices, bills and expense claims
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for audits, GST, income tax and other compliances
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction of accounting entries

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation
- Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
- Experience in restaurant, catering, QSR, hospitality or FMCG businesses will be an advantage
