Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Service Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in turbines and compressors. The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhaul, and performance evaluation of rotating equipment at customer sites. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and have the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation, commissioning, and start-up activities for turbines and compressors.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of rotating equipment.
- Conduct inspection, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
- Execute overhaul, repair, alignment, balancing, and vibration analysis activities.
- Review technical drawings, P&IDs;, maintenance manuals, and engineering documents.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments during service activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures at all times.
- Provide technical support and training to customers when required.
- Support shutdown and turnaround maintenance projects.

Qualification





- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Additional certifications in rotating equipment or vibration analysis will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of turbines, compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Experience in maintenance, alignment, balancing, and assembly of mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Exposure to major OEM turbine and compressor equipment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site service assignments.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
