Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities for kindergarten students.
- Create a fun, interactive, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Teach foundational skills in language, numeracy, general awareness, art, and creative activities.
- Encourage children's curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independence.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom resources.
- Monitor and assess students' learning progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive reinforcement and child-friendly teaching methods.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and development.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and other classroom records.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, music, games, art and craft, and other engaging activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children under your care.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management to support school activities and events.

Skills and Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or equivalent preschool teaching certification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in kindergarten or preschool teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A warm, patient, caring, and friendly personality.
- Robust classroom management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for activity-based and play-based learning.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare teaching materials.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
